I’m Kennedy Boyd, a photojournalist, a traveler, bubble tea lover and Catfish watcher. I am also a virgo and future HBCU graduate from the illustrious Spelman College. 

This is a portfolio, dedicated to my cousin, Darren, who was murdered on January 20, 2024. I love you beyond space and time. May these photos be a window to your soul. 

My aim is to use photography to capture the vastness and beauty in the world around me. To showcase not just what I see but also the story behind it. It is through these photos that I honor him and the world he never truly got to experience. These photographs are by me but for all. May these be a reminder that life is too short and every moment should be counted as a blessing.
